poker fags die.

Hey, How you doing?
I am Mel's boyfriend.
All poker faggots must die.
Fly to vegas,
lose your parents' money,
sell your assholes on the street,
take a pimp's shank to the stomach.
Die.
Have a super day!

p.s.-Come to Korea. We meet, we fight, you bleed.

    I agree with Waffles J.

I like yer girlfriend and if Min-ha is in her league, you're getting some serious props as far as I'm concerned.

No beef at all brotha. Keep on keepin' on.

But yer wrong about spending other people's money. I'm a fucking cardiac electrophysiologist. Forget the actual number, want to guess how many zeroes?

Have fun, man. You are livin' the dream, so tone down the anger and enjoy it.

God that is too funny. And here I thought the blogosphere was getting boring.

Melinda babe, since you're magna cum laude, perhaps you can instruct your beloved on the nuances of grammar and capitalisation? Just a thought....

    Wow, Iakaris(sp),
You are a cardiac electrophysiologist, huh? That's a very unique specialty. Coincidenatlly, I just so happened to attend a week-long lecture series in which electrohysiology was a topic that was talked about at some length. It is indeed fortuitous that you are a physician because I would like to ask you several questions:
    1. Is it possible to place more than one catheter in the heart at the same time?
    2. In order to place the catheter in the heart, in which veins in the central venous system are the incisions typically made? Please name the most common 3.
    3. Catheters that are placed in via the central venous system enter the heart through the right atrium. What isthe advantage of entering the heart through the right atrium?
    4. Is it possible, if the catheter is placed in the coronary sinus, to measure electrical activity in both the left atrium and the left ventricle without entering the arterial system?

Oh fame is so fleeting, no one stops by anymore, so here comes another ruse attacking the poka playas.

no one cares about you anymore after you insulted the lovely Carman. So accept it and move on, one last ditch effort to revive your fame is too late, we are in minute 16.

p.s., this is a fake anyway, my guess is that you are related to Iak or Thirsty, does anyone agree.

Princess, I have two U.S. Board certifications and a third pending. I don't like to be a pompous tool about these things, but since ya asked:

    1. Not only is it possible to get more than one catheter in the heart, to do a proper EP study and or radiofrequency ablation, you NEED between 3 - 5 catheters in the heart.

    2. Typically we use the Right Femoral Vein for most access. The left fem vein will do if the right leg has access issues. Occasionally the Right Internal Jugular Vein is used. The left subclavian vein (sometimes via a cephalic vein cutdown) is also used rarely.

    3. The right side of the heart is the venous system and is optimal for a couple of reasons. Low (almost zero) risk for stroke, easy access to the conduction system (AV node and Right Bundle Branch in particular). In addition, if you puncture the heart by accident, it is a low pressure system and tolerates it better.

    4. Absolutely, the Coronary Sinus is the heart's venous drain pipe, so by definition it's not arterial. The whole reason to put an EP catheter in the CS is to do just that: record from the Left Atrium and Left Ventricle simultaneously.

And there we have it. Needless to say these questions are about as basic as the alphabet to an EP. Ah well, more proof (as if any was needed) that I am almost as brilliant as I think I am.

Still, Waffles answers get more points for originality and vividness.

Iakaris you are a very intelligent and a gentleman, as well. I am going to have too start reading your blog more. I need to ask you another few questions. The questions that I asked you, do you think they came from a real doctor? Maybe he was, oh lets say, a neurosurgeon and cardiac electrophysiology was not his specialty. Then would you, as a doctor, believe the questions were written by a real doctor? Please explain why. Thanks and I appreciate it very much.

Oh and by the way, Iakaris is way too intelligent for you and his wife is absolutely stunning. You have no chance in hell.

Iakaris...you are a sucker. She's just asking you questions so she can replay to them and seem smart. I don't know, but don't let the little head think for the big head. I liked this girl until her little butt fuck boyfriend got into a rant. By the way, who gives people a password to their blog...this is a fake damn it!!! Wake the fuck up...geeez!

OK, I am sick that I know anything about any of this, and all because Walmart and slob started taunting me in a cash game. Now then. I am growing a bit weary of the superficial discussions and way to disjointed communication that is the result. I dislike the fact that Mel is so egoncentrically shallow, and that she gets rewarded, by IAK honoring her with his posts/presence etc. If this is a fictitious creation then how about a character change. If not, then IAK start working your fucking magic and bring this rather crude project into a lather so Walmart and myself can see some Ameri/Asian relations in full effect. I don't like the feel from the "boyfriend's" post and discredit it in totality. I do however think that Melinda has potential, again a project type gal, maybe you see this in her IAK. Oh well, expectations are high, time to raise the bar.

Interesting. I replied to your email Mel before I checked to see what had been posted here lately. Joaquin could be right and this could be a case of me gettin' played totally. Occupational Hazard when you're as vain as I am, I guess. Ah well, no harm no foul.

Yeah, they cost a pretty penny. But they were worth it - especially since I didn't pay for them.
